Arinder Sadhra
Arinder Sadhra is an actress, somatic processing coach, and teacher of movement and drama whose work is grounded in emotional sensitivity, embodied awareness, and a deep capacity to meet people where they are.
She brings both heart and mind into the room. Highly empathic and intuitively attuned, Arinder is able to sense shifts in mood, tension, and relational dynamics quickly, while remaining open, warm, and deeply human in the way she responds. Her background in performance gives her a finely developed awareness of gesture, voice, expression, inhibition, and the many ways experience is held in the body before it can be put into words.
Her own experience of living beyond conventional social scripts also informs a trauma-sensitive, non-pathologising way of understanding people. She is comfortable approaching difficulties from unexpected angles, making space for complexity, contradiction, identity, and forms of experience that do not always fit neatly into familiar categories.
In the retreat setting, Arinder uses movement, drama, creative expression, and somatic work to help participants explore what is difficult to access through language alone. She works with openness and emotional courage, creating a space that feels both grounded and aliveāone in which participants can experiment, soften defences, reconnect with the body, and encounter themselves in new ways.
